Where I’ve Been
Hey all.
I’m sorry that I haven’t updated for so long but this year has been very rough for me. For those of you who don’t know, my father passed away on the 27th of May. It was very sudden but he barely suffered, if at all. He had made it through his colon cancer with colors flying but, unfortunately, the doctors neglected to biopsy suspicious lesions on his liver until it was far too late to do anything.
I am slowly working on some sets I’ve had in the works for some time. Please excuse my lack of motivation. I hope to produce something relatively soonish.

I was just here admiring your beautiful gradients and brushes, when I read this. I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. My father passed away unexpectedly on March 31st, 2006 and while it gets a little better, it’s still hard. Before my dad’s death, I was a frequent blogger, I made fan art, wrote fanfic, spent a lot of time online. I’m just now starting to get back into the online community, and a lot of other things that I once enjoyed but slipped away during my mourning period. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I read this post and it touched me, and to let you know that there are people out there who are going through similar things and above all, don’t give up on yourself or your art.
