Hello. I’m Elerah, resident creatrix here at Aquired-Taste. Welcome to my little project.
I started making brushes as a way to relieve stress and to occupy myself. Having been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis, a chronic bladder and pain condition, I find that I have a lot of time on my hands and a great need to both express and distract myself. Expect this site to keep on growing.
I make brushes in Paint Shop Pro8 (PSP8) and GIMP format (.gbr). I have only just managed to get one of my machines to run PS7. Conversions will happen at an agonisingly-slow pace as I find time to do them.

About the Name
I deliberately misspelled the word “acquired” hoping that it would be orignal enough for people to remember. Sort of how people pronounce Chic jeans as chick jeans. That sort of little marketing gimmick ;)
About the Layout
